Support for parents and caregivers
Space to talk through what’s happening for your child or family member, understand their needs, and look after yourself along the way.

Parent consultations
What we can talk about
Parent and caregiver consultations are sessions for you, the adult who supports a child, young person or family member. You don’t need to bring them along, and they don’t need a diagnosis.
Consultations are for parents and caregivers individually or together. JD Therapy doesn’t offer couples or family therapy.

- Making sense of a new autism or ADHD diagnosis, or wondering whether to seek an assessment
